Make It Monday #279

What a great little technique this week: bend your stamps to create a curved sentiment.

I thought of the curved banner from the Tinsel & Tags kit and got busy:

I used a mask and stamped What the Doodle Feathers all round the banner in Vintage Jadeite and Soft Stone. Then I curved my sentiment from Praying For You mini set and added it to the banner. I popped the banner up a little and added sequined to finish!

Have a wonderful weekend!
We are going to do a little 10 year anniversary celebrating.

Papertrey March Blog Hop Challenge

Blog Hop

Our lovely inspiration:

One of my crafting buddies was inspired by the pretty blue color and flowers:

I lean towards taking the inspiration very literal...I think it's part of the fun to make a card that matches the photo =) So I had to have a blue background, then in white I stamped flowers and leaves from Songbirds, Stylized Autumn, and Bitty Blooms. Then I added color on top of the white.

I used One Big Happy with a little Wink of Stella and some twine to make my little patten panel into a card.

Have a happy hop day!
Thanks for stopping by,

MAKE IT MONDAY #278

WINDOW CHIPBOARD SENTIMENTS

Stephanie's first Make It Monday video was a really neat idea. I was also inspired by Yana's first video and her lovely colors! There is inspiration springing up all over!

The Challenge:
Create a project with a window chipboard sentiment.

I first die cut a Big Basics Thanks window. Then I grabbed Beautiful Brushstrokes set and stamped flowers using yellow, pink, and grey PTI inks. Last I added my chipboard 'thanks'

I want to go create more...but I must go chain myself to the kitchen stove and make dinner instead =)

Have a wonderful weekend
Thanks for stopping by.

10th Anniversary Challenge: Multiply

10th Anniversary Challenge: Multiply

Create a new project that incorporates multiples of a single shape, stamped or die-cut.

I did some chevron and line multiples with the Clipsters Kit. Added a few gold chevrons 'leftovers' from Snowflake Medallion. And finished it off with Celebrate 2015 set.

10th Anniversary Challenge: Favorite Florals

Favorite Florals

Create a new project that incorporates your all-time favorite floral set.

Beautiful Brushstrokes is my newest (thanks to the awesome anniversary sell) and so my favorite at the moment of the floral sets. I played with the small flowers in that set.

Happy 10th PTI!

10th Anniversary Challenge: Packaging

Packaging Inspiration

We got some lovely inspiration from Rebecca!

Time to get-on your pink, cream & gold!

A stretching challenge for me since I ended up with a layered vintage feel...not my 1st choice in style.
I got some gold texture & layers using Snowflake Medallion Die. Beautiful Brushstrokes was used to make the flowers...so fun you could do a layer in gold! Sentiment was from Praying for You.

Happy 10th Anniversary PTI!

10th Anniversary Challenge: Stitching

Stitched Coasters

Create a new project using one of the stitching projects as your inspiration.

Number one looked so fun and remind me of sprinkles, so I grabbed my...You'll never guess... Shakers and Sprinkles kit and my Quick Stitch Sentiments and made fun birthday card:

Happy 10th PTI!

MAKE IT MONDAY #276

 KRAFT & COLORED PENCILS

With the little ones napping I had a few minuets to make a card (ok it was probably 45 minuets, but feels like minuets =) And tried coloring on kraft.

I colored in Rustic Wreath and added the sentiment and flowers from One Big Happy!

This past week I finished a second Blog Hop card:

Added a little gold to this pink embroidery thread!

And finally finished my '2015' 10 yr celebration card using Clipsters and Big Basics Thanks:

Have a great weekend!
