Once again, lots of pretty projects this month! I look forward to what each day of the release brings. And you can't go wrong with butterflies =)
I was drawn to Laurie's design:
I liked how you could dress up a lovely background with a few simple, white elements!
So here was my take:
I had to flip the design because my background had an 'oops'.
I tried a watercolor lifting technique to make the background.(http://www.jennifermcguireink.com/2016/02/watercolor-lifting.html)
Then did some partial die cutting on my vellum.
