CUSTOMIZING PATTERNED PAPER
Was Lizzie reading my mind? The day before she posted her video I was looking through my patten paper collection thinking 'I wish I had some inspiration to use some of this stuff.'
I found this cute star print and then this BIG checkered pattern. Would a card maker be able to use this big bold print...let's see if we can customize it:
After some experiments I ended up stamping two different star stamps from the 'Clipsters' set. And the star in a circle I embossed with a clear sparkle powder.
For the little blue tag I stamped polka dots from 'Poka Dot Basics 2' and added some blue Perfect Pearls.
What a fun way to use a paper I never thought I would! (don't ask why I still had it then =) ) "Hello my name is Noelle and I like to collect craft supplies ALL the time and use them when I can find the time"
Have a great weekend!
Noelle

ReplyDeleteFantastic way to use those pretty papers. You did a great job of bring the scale of those papers in line with the size of a card.
ReplyDeleteI think this turned out fantastic! What an inspiration to use big patterned paper.
